Aayush Sharma’s Bollywood journey began with a splash in 2018, starring alongside Warina Hussain in the romantic comedy “Loveyatri.” Backed by Salman Khan and directed by Abhiraj Maniawala, the film unfortunately failed to strike a chord with audiences, resulting in a lackluster performance at the box office. However, he bounced back with his role in the 2021 film “Antim,” sharing the screen with none other than Salman Khan himself.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Aayush candidly revealed the struggles he faced in the industry, despite being part of Salman Khan’s family. Reflecting on his early perceptions, he said, “I know I’m married into a film family, but that’s different. I saw the industry from the outside, and it looked very glamorous. I felt things would be easy after the launch. I felt that one movie would change my life. However, that was the biggest bubble that burst. A launch helps you, but then you have to prove yourself again and again, every Friday.”
Aayush also emphasized his inclination towards privacy, stating, “I think the line between being an actor and being an influencer is getting blurred. As far as I am concerned, I think I am an actor, and that’s what I am going to do.” Despite the challenges, Aayush remains focused on his craft, determined to carve his own path in the industry.
